buyer and seller.\n\nBuild strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.\n\nAttend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.\n\nMaximise additional service opportunities and referrals.\n\nRequirements and Skills\nMinimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.\n\nStrong negotiation and objection-handling skills.\n\nPersistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.\n\nA proactive problem solver with a positive approach.\n\nAble to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.\n\nResilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.\n\nClear
