We are looking for someone who champions strong engineering principles, takes ownership of features from concept through to delivery, and collaborates closely with Product, QA, and other stakeholders.\nSalary: £45,000 - £55,000\nLocation: Hybrid (very occasional travel to London)\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild & Deliver New Features - Take a leading role in designing, developing, and deploying new features and products.\n\nBreak Down Complex Requirements - Analyse and decompose complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate Across Teams - Work closely with developers and other areas of the business to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with company objectives.\n\nMaintain Code Quality & Standards - Write concise, SOLID, and extensible code that provides a strong foundation for future scalability.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong OOP programming skills (PHP)\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities\n\nAbility to understand and break down complex requirements\n\nAutomated testing experience\n\nSource control experience\n\nLaravel framework experience\n\nSkills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue)\n\nHTML, JavaScript, CSS (SASS)\n\nExperience building REST APIs\n\nFamiliarity with Docker\n\nGo\n\nTechnical Values\nPassion: You should be passionate about your work and eager to grow both professionally and personally.
