You should be comfortable moving between coding, APIs, AI agents, integrations, debugging, and customer deployments and be excited about shipping working solutions quickly.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDeploy and configure Dextr's AI platform for new customers.\nConfigure AI agents, prompts, call flows, knowledge bases, and SOPs based on customer requirements.\nBuild custom tools, scripts, automations, dashboards, and data loaders using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.\nIntegrate customer systems using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and low-code tools.\nWork with systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, telephony, and guest messaging platforms.\nWrite, test, and refine prompts for customer-facing AI agents.\nTest AI-agent conversations end-to-end before production deployment.\nDebug issues across prompts, APIs, integrations, data flows, and customer systems.\nConvert recurring deployment activities into reusable tools and templates.\nCollaborate closely with the US-based delivery/customer success team and Bangalore engineering team.\nSupport customer deployments through successful go-live.\n\nRequirements: \n1-2 years of software engineering experience.
