The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirements gathering, product documentation, workflow design, and stakeholder management, along with a good technical understanding of SQL and databases to support data-driven decision-making.\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\nClient Engagement and Requirement Gathering:\nConduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.\nTranslate business requirements into clear, developer-ready functional specifications and user stories.\nLead client demos, requirement walkthroughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.\nPerform gap analysis and recommend product enhancements or process improvements.\nServe as the primary point of contact between clients, business teams, and engineering teams.\nProduct Documentation and Process Design:\nCreate and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.\nPrepare process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.\nMaintain product knowledge repositories and ensure documentation is version-controlled.\nDefine business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements with clarity and precision.\nStakeholder and Project Coordination:\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.\nClarify requirements, manage change requests, and resolve functional queries during development.\nCoordinate UAT activities and ensure business requirements are accurately delivered.\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nData and Technical Understanding:\nUse SQL for requirement validation, data analysis, and ad hoc reporting.\nWork with engineering and database teams to understand data structures and business logic.\nSupport reporting and dashboard requirements to aid business and product decisions.\nParticipate in discussions around APIs, integrations, and system workflows.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), including manual testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n1+ years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or technical business analyst.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and client-facing project delivery.\nHands-on experience creating PRDs, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.\nExperience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements validation.\nGood working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nCandidates must have experience working in IT services, product companies, or SaaS startups.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, and system integrations.\nExperience working directly with engineering, product, and customer teams in a fast-paced startup environment.\nPrior experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, HRTech, or technology-driven startups will be preferred.\nAbility to independently manage requirements from discovery to delivery with minimal supervision.\nMandatory Eligibility Criteria:\nB. E. /B.
