Working closely with the Head of Governance, you'll be a trusted adviser to directors, management and key stakeholders, helping to maintain the high standards of governance expected across the Dexus Group.\nWe will be assessing candidates at both the Assistant Company Secretary and Company Secretary level.\nYou will make an impact by:\nSupporting Dexus Boards, Board Committees and other management committees through the preparation of agendas, board papers, meeting coordination and the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive minutes.\nProviding governance and procedural guidance to directors and stakeholders, helping ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.\nManaging key corporate governance processes including ASIC lodgements, circular resolutions, director onboarding and offboarding, and conflicts of interest registers.\nDriving high standards of governance administration through proactive stakeholder engagement, attention to detail and effective management of board actions and committee outcomes.\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced governance professional with sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. You will bring a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance or equivalent, at least five years’ company secretarial, governance or compliance experience, strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations, and exceptional written communication and organisational skills.
