Reporting to the Head of Governance, you will support the effective operation of Dexus' governance function through the delivery of governance projects, compliance activities, board and committee administration, and governance process improvement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to key governance activities and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business.\nYou will make an impact by:\nSupporting governance uplift initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.\nCoordinate governance processes including governance reporting, operating limits and delegations, complaints management, and whistleblower activities.\nAssist with the administration of board and committee governance activities, including charter reviews, director induction, training records, and board performance evaluations.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure governance obligations are met and governance activities are delivered effectively across the business\nAbout You\nYou are a governance professional with strong technical expertise, excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.\nExperience in governance, legal, compliance, risk, or company secretariat environments.\nRelevant tertiary qualifications in governance, law, compliance, or a related discipline.\nKnowledge of corporate governance frameworks, the Corporations Act, and ASX Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations.\nStrong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare and maintain governance documentation.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using governance platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency.\nWhy choose Dexus?\nThe Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
