You’ve gained some early-career experience within a shopping centre or retail environment and are now looking for an opportunity to take the next step into facilities management, with the mentoring, exposure and support to develop your career.\nYou will bring:\nExperience within a shopping centre or retail environment, whether across facilities, operations, security or customer service.\nA genuine interest in building a career in facilities management.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder skills, with confidence working with retailers, contractors and operational teams.\nA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in the day-to-day operation of the centre.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nSome exposure to maintenance, contractors, safety or compliance would be advantageous, but you don’t need to be a technical facilities expert.\nMost importantly, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to grow alongside an experienced team.\nWhy choose Dexus?\nThe Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
