Senior Manager, Investor Relations

The Opportunity

Investor Relations is a core function within the Funds Management business at Dexus. As Senior Manager, Investor Relations, you will play a key role within the Fund Capital & Product Development team, helping to shape and execute investor engagement and capital management strategies across the funds platform.

In this role, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad range of Investor Relations activities, including capital raisings, investor communications, stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives relating to Dexus's real estate funds.

Reporting to the General Manager, Investor Relations, you will bring a strong client and stakeholder focus, exceptional communication skills and a passion for building long-term investor relationships. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, institutional investors and advisers, while contributing to the growth and success of a market-leading fund.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors and advisers across the full investor lifecycle, serving as a trusted relationship manager and delivering a high-quality investor experience.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for institutional investors and advisers, building and maintaining relationships across all levels of investor organisations, including senior executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Designing and leading capital raising, investor targeting and retention strategies to support the growth and diversification of the investor base.
• Partnering with Fund Managers and teams across Fund Operations, Funds Marketing and Institutional Capital Distribution to deliver coordinated investor outcomes and support strategic investor initiatives.
• Preparing investor communications, presentations, reporting materials and responses to investor enquiries in a timely and professional manner

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior Investor Relations professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IR, Institutional Capital, Funds Management or a related investor environment. You’ll showcase demonstrated success in capital raising, investor engagement and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors across diverse geographies, supporting capital growth and investor retention objectives.

Equipped with the ability to engage effectively across a broad range of stakeholders, you’ll take great pride and professionalism in building strong relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive, results-orientated and exercise sound judgement in the management of sensitive information and where appropriate.
