timelines and business needs.\nProject Coordination\n• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and cross-functional departments.\n• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project\nrequirements, goals, and timelines.\n• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and design schedules.\nReporting & Documentation\n• Prepare and present regular project status updates.\n• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design briefs, specifications, and reports.\n• Ensure design activities align with agreed timelines and budgets.\n\nRequirements\nExperience & Background\n• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, Event Design, or a related field.\n• Minimum 4 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or a related industry.\nSkills & Tools\n• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.\n• Strong project management capabilities, including timeline and budget management.\n• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.\nSoft Skills\n• Strong organisational and time-management skills.\n• Effective communication and coordination abilities.\n• Ability to balance creative thinking with practical and operational considerations.\n• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nPlease include portfolio in
