We are confident that an applicant with the right attitude and drive will succeed in this role.\nOther duties may be assigned outside of the following duties and responsibilities:\nResponsibilities and duties :\nStrategic Alignment:\nDriving DFC strategic vision by organising numerous projects that contribute to the organisation’s overall objectives. \nDesigning, coordinate, and improving internal and external programs to adhere to organisational goals.\nPlanning and Governance:\nDeveloping and overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets for programme completion\nEstablishes programme governance (controls) defines the scope and success criteria.\nDefine project / continuous improvement scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical / process / resource feasibility\nWork closely with the business stakeholders to define and manage any risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies within a RAID log to ensure effective running of the project and all mitigating actions and controls are delivered \nDeliver projects within accordance of the standard framework as outlined by DFC and ensure all project documentation is completed and filed correctly\nDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques\nMonitoring and Control:\nProactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions to ensure the programme stays on track. This includes daily program management throughout the programme life cycle.\nReport updates of project progress and required escalations to the CTO and other key stakeholders\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nStakeholder Management:\nCoordinating and communicating with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution. \nTo collaborate with project sponsors/stakeholders to ensure the business case for change is clearly defined, documented and prioritised \nManage relationships with third parties by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables to ensure smooth delivery of the project\nLeadership:\nOverseeing teams, providing leadership on major programme launches, and coordinating activities from initiation to completion (cradle to grave)\nAct as a mentor and guide supporting the development of a team of BA’s / Change Analysts including regular coaching and performance management.\nBe seen as an advocate for change working closely with the business stakeholders to identify improvements in current ways of working\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement through delivering operational improvements initiatives \nComplete lessons learnt to enable sharing of best practise across the Change team\nRequirements:\nStrategic Thinking:\n· Ability to align programme
