The audience is varied and close, so you will see quickly what works.\nIs this your next challenge in internal communications?\nThe challenge is to:\nPlan and run internal communications across the Group with the Internal Communications Manager, so colleagues get clear, timely and engaging information.\nManage day-to-day content and channels, including the intranet, email, collaboration platforms and newsletters.\nWrite and produce everyday content, such as articles, announcements, short video, photography, graphics and social-style posts.\nDeliver themed campaigns, such as cyber awareness, sustainability and AI, working with business units, HR, IT, and other functions to keep timelines, owners and approvals on track.\nHelp keep the internal communications calendar coordinated across businesses.\nSupport senior leaders with messaging, talking points and event content.\nTrack engagement and feedback and use them to improve each campaign.\nDevelop creative concepts and fresh formats for campaigns, and brief agencies on higher-end production.\nShare ideas, formats and tools that lift the creative standard across the team.\nDo you have experience in internal communications?\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, content, social media or marketing, with a record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects or campaigns.\nCreative ideas supported by a strong portfolio, along with solid hands-on photography, videography, and designing skills.\nStrong social media instincts and a feel for what people share.\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills, including managing several workstreams and stakeholders at once.\nExceptional written communication skills with a clear, natural, and human-centeredvoice, and brings a warm, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders across diverse business functions.\nComfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nFamiliarity with creative and AI-assisted tools, and with intranet, is a plus.\nCandidates with more experience will be considered as Internal CommunicationsManager\nDFI Retail Group is a leading Asian retailer, driven by its purpose to “Sustainably Serve Asia for Generations with Everyday Moments”. \n\n At 30 Jun 2025, the Group and its associates operated over 7,500 outlets and employed over 83,000 people.
