By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our strategies align with business goals, programmegoals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.\nThe role will be a 3-years contract position\nThe challenge is to:\nSupport on overall process mapping design and business alignment\nWork with implementation partners to define the to-be process flow diagrams\nWork with other Process teams to achieve consensus on process integration topics\nSupport Functional teams to deliver the design and identify therequired testing of the to-be processes\nSupport IUT & SIT testing execution\nProvide help and guidance to end user on data conversion decisions\nSupport user training and change management\nParticipate in UAT and data migration and train other end users on new system\nDo you have experience with Retail Processes dominantly towards Retail Data Management?\n3-5 years of experience in retail processes such as commercial management of category, supplier/procurement, merchandising, promotion/loyalty program, rebate, inventory cost. \nExperience with food business, health and beauty or convenience store commercial and marketing functions are an advantage.\nExperience in process harmonization or ERP system implementation is highly preferred.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nGood attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent spoken and written communication in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. \nDFI Retail Group is a leading Asian retailer, driven by its purpose to “Sustainably Serve Asia for Generations with Everyday Moments”.\n\nAt 30 Jun 2025, the Group and its associates operated over 7,500 outlets and employed over 83,000 people.
