addressing issues promptly, and conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement.\nOperational Excellence:\n Managing and delivery against procurement targets and tracking performance against the team goals.\n Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments to understand their procurement needs and demonstrating effective engagement\n Staying abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in procurement to drive innovation and process improvement.\n Identifying opportunities to continually improve the performance of your Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills\n Strong computer literacy
