This role is part time/1099 that involves conducting thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to evaluate the physical condition of properties. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the production of high-quality PCA reports and identifying opportunities for proactive improvements, such as energy efficiency enhancements.\nDisclaimer: The following description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification. It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.\n\nResponsibilities\nSupport EC Department's Property Condition Assessment projects by:\nConducting PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.\nConsulting with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.\nEnsuring timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.\nAbility to identify and evaluate proactive opportunities in addition to reactive condition assessments (e.g., energy efficiency).\nQualifications:\nKnowledge and experience of performing various types of PCA inspections.\nAbility to organize information to run an inspection program.\nStrong report writing and client communications skills.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nMust have valid Driver's License \nMust reside locally in the Metro DC Area (DC/VA/MD)\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nEmployee must be physically fit to perform duties in all types of environments and conditions.\nRegularly required to walk and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, hands or feel and verbally communicate and listen.\nOther physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
