We are backed by a Miami-based family office with a long runway, zero burn-rate pressure, and an ambitious product roadmap.\nWe are hiring our technical operations, someone who owns the operational layer of our AI-assisted development workflow so our engineering leadership can stay focused on high-leverage product development.\nIf you've ever been frustrated running in environments where AI tools are an afterthought, where you're blocked by process more than progress, or where your technical contributions disappear into a slow-moving bureaucracy this is your chance to build something different.\nWhat makes this different:\nAI-native from Day 1, the entire development workflow runs on AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)\n\nYou are a foundational hire at a platform targeting a multi-billion-dollar market\n\nFully capitalized by a family office-no fundraising pressure, no down-round risk\n\nProven leadership-founders have built and exited multiple companies at scale\n\nDirect access-no layers, no committees; your work has immediate, visible impact\n\nWhat you'll build:\nDevelopment environment setup and staging protocols\n\nCI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring systems\n\nRegression testing and QA frameworks\n\nTechnical documentation and audit trail processes\n\nProduct backlog and sprint planning infrastructure\n\nAPI integration prototypes (healthcare APIs, payments, scheduling)\n\nWhat you'll do day-to-day:\nPrepare development environments, run test suites, and stage context ahead of engineering sessions\n\nReview and test all code produced during engineering sessions - regression testing, edge case identification, and bug documentation\n\nManage CI/CD pipelines, staging and production deployments, and infrastructure monitoring\n\nHandle lower-complexity coding tasks independently using AI-assisted workflows (30-40% of role)\n\nBuild out tests, fix non-critical bugs, implement UI refinements, and create utility scripts\n\nResearch and prototype third-party API integrations (healthcare, payments, scheduling)\n\nMaintain technical documentation current with each sprint\n\nSupport regulatory compliance requirements with documentation and audit trails\n\nRequirements:\nThis is non-negotiable: you must already be building software with AI coding tools every day - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
