We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, notices the little things, and enjoys making life easier for the family. We value professionalism, warmth, discretion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellence.If you’re someone who naturally sees what needs to be done without waiting to be asked, we’d love to meet you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nChildcare\nProvide exceptional, loving care for our infant children.\n\nFollow feeding, sleep, developmental, and medical routines.\n\nSupport age-appropriate development through reading, tummy time, music, sensory activities, outdoor walks (weather permitting), and interactive play.\n\nMaintain daily logs and communicate clearly during caregiver handoffs.\n\nPrioritize safety and exercise excellent judgment at all times.\n\nFamily Assistant Responsibilities\nWhen the children are sleeping or independently resting, responsibilities transition toward maintaining an organized environment that supports the family.Responsibilities include:\nKeep the nursery and children’s bedrooms immaculate.\n\nWash, sterilize, and organize bottles and feeding supplies.\n\nComplete children’s laundry and neatly organize clothing.\n\nRotate clothing sizes and organize closets.\n\nRestock diaper stations and nursery supplies.\n\nOrganize toys, books, and baby equipment throughout the day.\n\nPrepare diaper bags for outings.\n\nMonitor inventory of diapers, wipes, formula, medications, and children’s supplies.\n\nHelp maintain the children’s play areas and common spaces in a clean, organized, guest-ready condition.\n\nThe family has two friendly dogs. While this is not a pet care position, we ask that you help keep the dogs’ toys and designated areas tidy and pick up after the dogs as needed to maintain a clean environment.\n\nWork collaboratively with our full-time housekeeper and other household staff. This is not a deep-cleaning role; however, everyone on the household team is expected to contribute to maintaining an organized, orderly, and well-run home.\n\nLeave each shift with children’s spaces fully reset and ready for the next caregiver.\n\nProfessional Conduct & Household Standards\nOur home is calm, organized, and professionally run.
