The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across identity platforms and be capable of designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that align with business objectives and security requirements.\nThe ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to the continued growth of DGR Systems' Identity practice.\nResponsibilities\nIdentity Solutions Delivery\nLead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of identity and access management solutions.\nServe as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.\nDevelop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.\nProvide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.\nDemonstrate Expertise\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nActive Directory and Hybrid Identity\nEntra Connect Sync and Cloud Sync\nOkta Workforce Identity\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nConditional Access\nIdentity Governance and Administration (IGA)\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\nPrivileged Access Management (PAM)\nLifecycle Workflows\nAccess Reviews and Entitlement Management\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\nZero Trust Identity Architectures\nFederation Services and Identity Providers\nIdentity Security and Compliance\nAssessments and Advisory Services\nPerform identity assessments, health checks, security reviews, and roadmap engagements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve identity security, governance, and operational efficiency.\nPresent findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide mentorship and guidance to engineers.\nAssist with technical standards, best practices, and solution development within the Identity practice.\nParticipate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.\nDocumentation and Quality\nCreate and maintain high-quality technical documentation.\nEnsure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.\nMaintain adherence to DGR Systems delivery methodologies and standards.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.\nExperience leading customer-facing technical projects.\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.\nExperience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.\nExperience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.\nExperience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.\nExperience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.\nExperience with PowerShell and automation technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.\nBenefits\nWhy DGR?\nDGR Systems helps solve the most complex business and operational challenges for their customers.
