A customer service rep is responsible for helping customers understand their service needs, coordinating the right solutions, and ensuring technicians have the accurate information needed to provide excellent service.\nThe available work schedules are: \nTuesday to Saturday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM\nSunday to Thursday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM \nFriday to Monday 11:00am-10:00pm \nPosition overview:\nTriage incoming calls from customers that require service/sales.
