The platform offers 100+ ready-made, approved algorithmic\nstrategies across equities, indices, F&O, and commodities, letting users pick and deploy structured\nstrategies instead of having to build and monitor trades themselves.\nWe are looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our Growth team. The intern will work closely\nwith the Growth, Design, Product, and other teams on creating reels, videos, and other creative\nassets, planning content, tracking trends, and other content-related projects. This role offers the\nopportunity to work on real brand content that goes live, understand what drives engagement and\ngrowth, and gain hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, scriptwriting, and social media\nanalytics.\nThis is a 3 to 6 month internship, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity for high performers,\nbased on performance and business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities :\nCreate engaging content for the Stratzy brand across formats, including reels, videos, and other creative assets \nWork closely with the Growth team to turn ideas into compelling content \nPlan and maintain a content calendar across social media platforms \nResearch trends, formats, and competitors, and adapt them for the brand \nWrite scripts, hooks, captions, and copy for short-form content \nShoot and edit videos, and coordinate with the Design team for creative assets \nTrack content performance and use insights to improve future content \nRequirements \nStrong interest in social media and short-form content \nBasic skills in video shooting, editing, or scriptwriting \nFamiliarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva \nGood understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn \nCreativity, curiosity, and the confidence to pitch ideas \nAbility to learn quickly, take feedback, and meet deadlines \nIf you are curious, enjoy solving problems and want hands-on experience building real products,\nwe would love to hear from you!\nWe are a start-up organization focused on fast growth with quality products; hence, the ability to\nwork in a fast-paced environment goes without saying!\nOur People & Culture: \nPeople and culture are the most important aspects of our business.\nWe are looking for team members just like us, in simple words - good people to work with and\ndemonstrate following personality traits:\nBe super obsessed about ensuring customer satisfaction.\n(We are here because of our customers, and will be here only if we serve our customers)\nWe have a single opportunity to serve.\n(Our customers will give us one opportunity to serve - we can’t let them down.
