We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform - Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.\nWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented KYC Manager to lead and oversee our KYC Operations, specifically focusing on Non-Individual accounts including Corporate, LLP, Partnership, NRI, and Institutional (MF/FPI/PMS) clients. The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on expertise in Depository (CDSL) and Broking Operations to ensure seamless account lifecycle management while maintaining absolute compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end KYC, CKYC, KRA, and FATCA due-diligence frameworks, spearhead technology automation initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits.\nExpected Responsibilities:\nAccount Lifecycle & Operations Control: Monitor, streamline, and govern end-to-end client onboarding, profile updates, modifications, and account closures across broking and depository platforms. \nRegulatory Compliance & Due Diligence: Oversee and automate KYC, CKYC, KRA, and FATCA/CRS processes in strict alignment with SEBI, CDSL, and Stock Exchange guidelines, with a specific focus on complex Non-Individual accounts. \nDP & Broking Operations: Ensure flawless day-to-day execution of depository operations, maintaining exceptional operational accuracy, strict regulatory adherence, and optimal Turnaround Times (TAT). \nRegulatory Reporting & Filings: Prepare, validate, and submit all mandatory periodic regulatory reports and submissions to CDSL and Stock Exchanges accurately within statutory timelines. \nAudit & Inspection Management: Lead and manage internal, external, concurrent, and regulatory audits (SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories), ensuring zero non-compliance and the swift resolution of audit queries. \nClient Grievance Resolution: Monitor, track, and resolve client grievances and escalations within defined SLAs, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. \nInternal Controls & SOP Implementation: Formulate, update, and enforce strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal operational risk control mechanisms. \nTech & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Technology and Product teams to spearhead end-to-end operational automation, system enhancements, new project rollouts, and continuous process optimization.\nExpected Skills: \n 5-8 years of relevant experience in Broking and Depository Operations, preferably with a SEBIregistered entity. \n2-3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role. \nStrong hands-on experience in CDSL and Stock Exchange operations. \nGood understanding of SEBI regulations, CDSL rules, Stock Exchange circulars, KRA, CKYC, FATCA and CRS requirements. \nExperience handling Non-Individual accounts, including Corporates, LLPs, Partnerships, NRIs, MF, FPI and PMS clients. \nStrong understanding of client onboarding, account modifications, closures and related operational processes. \nExperience in managing audits, inspections, regulatory queries and compliance requirements. \nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex operational issues and client escalations within defined SLAs. \nAbility to work closely with Technology and Product teams and translate business and regulatory requirements into system workflows and automation. \nProactive approach to identifying operational gaps, system issues and process bottlenecks. \nGood analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS and data analysis. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain regulatory and operational requirements clearly. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. \nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. \nNISM Series VI - Depository Operations or NISM Series VII - Securities Operations and Risk Management certification will be an added advantage. \nLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).\nApply Now \nIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you\nWhy Join Raise?\nWe’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
