The role will involve assisting with legal documentation, contract review, regulatory compliance, audits, and maintaining legal and compliance records.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.\nMaintain trackers, MIS, and records related to agreements, compliance requirements, and action items.\nSupport routine regulatory compliance activities, including regulatory submissions and documentation.\nAssist in preparing documents and information required for internal audits.\nSupport the review and updation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance-related documents.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders for timely closure and implementation of legal and compliance requirements.\nConduct basic legal and regulatory research and assist in tracking applicable regulatory updates.\nSupport the Legal team in day-to-day legal and compliance activities as required.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBasic understanding of legal drafting, contract review, and documentation.\nFamiliarity with SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL circulars, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nBasic understanding of stock broking, capital markets, and securities laws.\nGood legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.\nAbility to maintain MIS, trackers, and compliance records with accuracy.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.\nLaw Graduate (LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.\nPrior internship or work exposure in Legal, Compliance, Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.\nCandidates with a strong interest in legal drafting, regulatory compliance, and financial markets are encouraged to apply.\nWe are a start-up organization focused on fast growth with quality products; hence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying!\nOur People & Culture:\nPeople and culture are the most important aspects of our business.\nWe are looking for team members just like us, in simple words - good people to work with and demonstrate following personality traits:\nBe super obsessed about ensuring customer satisfaction.\n(We are here because of our customers, and will be here only if we serve our customers)\nWe have a single opportunity to serve.\n(Our customers will give us one opportunity to serve - we can’t let them down.
