We are driven by innovation, customer obsession, and a relentless focus on crafting experiences that users love.\nAs part of the Partner Operations / Onboarding Team, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding and registration process for Authorised Persons (APs). The role involves document verification, KYC checks, IPV coordination, agreement execution, exchange submissions, regulatory follow-ups and AP record management. You will work closely with APs, Relationship Managers (RMs), internal teams and Stock Exchanges to ensure registrations are completed accurately and within defined timelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable managing multiple applications and follow-ups in a regulated financial services environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the end-to-end onboarding and registration process for Individual and Non-Individual APs, from document collection to registration and activation.\nVerify KYC, registration and supporting documents as per applicable Stock Exchange and regulatory requirements, identify gaps and coordinate with APs/RMs for closure.\nCoordinate In-Person Verification (IPV) and prepare the required AP registration agreements and supporting legal documentation.\nManage agreement execution and e-signing through Leegality/e-Sign platforms and ensure all documents are completed within defined timelines.\nSubmit AP registration applications, signed agreements and supporting documents on relevant Stock Exchange portals, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission.\nCoordinate with Stock Exchanges on registration queries, observations and additional documentation requirements, and ensure timely responses and closure.\nManage AP modifications and cancellations, including documentation, e-signing, exchange submissions and necessary system updates.\nAct as a point of contact for APs and RMs, providing registration status updates, clarifying requirements and following up on pending documentation.\nMaintain accurate AP records and update registration details across back-office systems and internal trackers.\nTrack applications across stages such as In Process, Pending, Submitted, Approved, Modified and Cancelled, and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.\nPrepare and maintain MIS and reports to provide visibility on AP onboarding, pending cases, approvals and other operational metrics.\nWork with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues and ensure a smooth and timely partner onboarding experience\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nB.Com or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.\n1-3 years of experience in KYC onboarding, client onboarding or operations, preferably in the broking or financial services industry.\nGood understanding of KYC, documentation and onboarding processes.\nBasic understanding of regulatory and Stock Exchange requirements related to AP registration will be an added advantage.\nExperience handling documentation, application processing, e-signing and follow-ups.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with APs, RMs, internal teams and external stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple applications, deadlines and follow-ups simultaneously.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and back-office systems.\nComfortable working with online portals and digital documentation/e-sign platforms.\nStrong ownership, follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and regulated financial services environment.\nLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai.\nApply Now\nIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you. :e-mail: Send your resume to: \nWhy Join Raise?\nWe’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
