The platform offers 100+ ready-made, approved algorithmic\nstrategies across equities, indices, F&O, and commodities, letting users pick and deploy structured\nstrategies instead of having to build and monitor trades themselves.\nWe are looking for a sharp, curious and ownership-driven Product Intern to join the Stratzy product\nteam. This is not a shadowing role. You will be given real product ownership, work directly with the\nleadership team, and have a genuine say in what we build and how we build it. This is a 3 to 6 month\ninternship, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for high performers.\nKey Responsibilities \nTake ownership of specific product features, improvements and experiments from ideation to launch. \nWrite clear, structured PRDs and translate business problems into well-defined product requirements. \nWork directly with the leadership team to understand priorities, share ideas and drive decisions. \nCollaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing and customer support teams to ship quickly and with quality. \nAnalyse user behaviour, funnels and feedback to identify opportunities and measure the impact of what you ship. \nResearch the market, competitors and emerging trends in algo trading and fintech to inform product direction. \nTalk to users, understand their pain points and bring those insights back into the product roadmap. \nTrack feature performance post-launch and iterate based on data. \nRequirements \nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not mandatory). \nUnderstanding of product management fundamentals, including user research, prioritisation, roadmapping and product metrics. \nAbility to write PRDs and break down problems into clear user stories and requirements. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data. \nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to work with senior leadership. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. \nA finance background or a strong inclination towards finance, markets or trading is a plus. \nPrior product internships, side projects, case studies or a portfolio of product work is preferred. \nWe are a start-up organization focused on fast growth with quality products; hence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying!\nOur People & Culture:\nPeople and culture are the most important aspects of our business.\nWe are looking for team members just like us, in simple words - good people to work with and demonstrate following personality traits:\nBe super obsessed about ensuring customer satisfaction.\n(We are here because of our customers, and will be here only if we serve our customers)\nWe have a single opportunity to serve.\n(Our customers will give us one opportunity to serve - we can’t let them down.
