We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform - Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.\nAs a Production Support Engineer, you will work closely with engineering/development teams to design, build, and maintain systems. Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company. You will be responsible to investigate the root cause of the issues, educate the developers about the cause and accordingly mitigate and arrive at a workable solution.\nExpected Responsibilities:\nYou will need to monitor/resolve system errors and disruptions. Also manage document resolution wherever required. Manage incident and liaison with upstream data providers to resolve issues.\nTo respond and solve inquiries and operations requested by users. You should document, review, handle resolution steps for support scenarios.\nTo prepare and present stability reports and presentations.\nAs a part of the production support team, you will need to analyze alert and stability trends and give recommendations to the management.\nTo automate the processes with respect to resolution of common problems, routine investigations and user requests with the help of scripts or available programming platforms.\nTo collaborate with engineering/development teams and respective stakeholders to design, build, and maintain systems and assist them decide on products to use, schema design, and query tuning.\nTo troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, hardware, software, application and network.\nTo identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company; scope and create automation for deployment, management and visibility of our services.\nTo represent the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization in design reviews and operational readiness exercises for new and existing services.\nExpected Skills:\nBSc degree in Computer Science or BE along with experience for a consumer internetstartup, experience in a business where you witnessed and were involved in product scalingfrom zero to 1 is great\n3-5 years of relevant and hands-on work experience with strong database knowledge.\nHands-on experience with Linux &SQL based database\nThree Tier Support experience with DBs Mongo, Mysql , Postgres , MSSQL\nFamiliar with Financial Products like Equity and Fixed Income, securities, different types of risks in an investment bank, and trade flow.\nStrong understanding and knowledge of system design and architecture along with a fine database knowledge.\nExcellent analytical and communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize and willingness to take ownership\nProblem solving mindset and solution enabler\nLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).\nApply Now\nIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhy Join Raise?\nWe’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
