The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless\ntravel experiences while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with company policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and local transportation. \nCoordinate travel arrangements for CXOs, leadership teams, and employees. \nHandle itinerary planning, travel modifications, cancellations, and urgent travel requests. \nLiaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective bookings. \nMaintain travel records, reports, and related documentation. \nProcess travel-related invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely reconciliations. \nEnsure adherence to company travel policies and provide travel-related support to employees. \nRequirements:\nGraduate in any discipline. \n3-6 years of experience in Corporate Administration, Travel Desk, or Executive Travel Coordination. \nExperience managing travel arrangements for senior leadership and employees. \nStrong vendor management, communication, and organizational skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms. \nWe are a start-up organization focused on fast growth with quality products; hence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying!\nOur People & Culture:\nPeople and culture are the most important aspects of our business\nWe are looking for team members just like us, in simple words - good people to work with and demonstrate following personality traits:\nBe super obsessed about ensuring customer satisfaction.\n(We are here because of our customers, and will be here only if we serve our customers)\nWe have a single opportunity to serve.\n(Our customers will give us one opportunity to serve - we can’t let them down.
