This is how our users will experience our products, and we are obsessed with giving them the best visual experience by shipping beautiful products across all channels - App, Web, and others included.\nVisual Design at Raise is the custodian of our brand identity across every touchpoint - Product, Apps, Web, Social Media, and both online & offline experiences. As a Visual Designer, you will design a wide range of visual experiences across digital and offline platforms. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a strong ability to craft compelling visual stories, illustrations, and brand-led experiences, along with a sharp eye for detail.\nYou will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and visually rich experiences that enhance how users interact with our brand across apps, web, and campaigns. Experience in building visual narratives from scratch and simplifying complex user journeys in consumer products or startups will be a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nVisual & Illustration Design\nCreate illustrations, icons, and visual assets for product and marketing.\nDesign app icons, in-product graphics, and visual elements that enhance UX.\nDevelop clean, scalable visual styles across different surfaces.\nSocial & Marketing Assets\nDesign high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and growth initiatives.\nWork on quick-turnaround visuals while maintaining quality and consistency.\nProduct Collaboration\nWork closely with product and design teams to integrate visuals into the app and web experience.\nContribute to onboarding flows, empty states, and key interaction moments.\nDesign Consistency\nMaintain visual consistency across all outputs - product, social, and brand.\nContribute to building reusable visual components and iconography systems.\nWho We’re Looking For:\n1-3 years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or visual design.\nStrong portfolio showcasing social media work, illustrations, and product visuals.\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).\nAbility to design app icons, illustrations, and social creatives with high attention to detail.\nUnderstanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and modern design styles.\nComfortable working on fast iterations and multiple formats.\nExperience with Rive or motion/interactive assets.\nExperience with Video Editing for social media\nExposure to fintech, consumer apps, or product-led companies\nWe are a start-up organization focused on fast growth with quality products; hence, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying!\nOur People & Culture:\nPeople and culture are the most important aspects of our business.\nWe are looking for team members just like us, in simple words - good people to work with and demonstrate following personality traits:\nBe super obsessed about ensuring customer satisfaction.\n(We are here because of our customers, and will be here only if we serve our customers)\nWe have a single opportunity to serve.\n(Our customers will give us one opportunity to serve - we can’t let them down.
