The team’s strategy is to simplify, secure, automate and optimize what we do and how we do it.\nPurpose of role\nResponsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network systems across multiple locations.\nKey responsibilities and challenges\nDesign, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks. \nMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability. \nImplement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and ensure network requirements are met. \nMaintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies. \nPerform regular network assessments and capacity planning. \nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and security. \nProvide technical support and guidance to junior network staff and other IT team members.\nQualifications and personal skills\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.\nStrong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).\nHands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Nexus.\nProficiency in network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).\nExperience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.\nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is highly desirable\nExcellent speaking and written English is
