This involves development, configuration, monitoring, verification, and maintenance. The roles of service and product ownership are also be part of the job.\n\nWe currently use Java, Python, Google ADK, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Google GKE, and Apigee Gateway technologies, among others. The product currently hosts AI agents mostly written in Python and Google ADK, and also works with GitHub, Artifactory, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and more.\n\nOur platform and tools serve thousands of engineering and management colleagues across the company. You will work with a team of highly skilled and engaged professionals in multiple locations, bring new ideas to life, and find ways to continuously bring more innovation, integration, and developer experience into our services.\n\nMajor responsibilities and requirements:\n\nPlatform development – From idea to deployment\nProven experience in a software engineering role or a similar position, with a solid understanding of DevOps and software development.\nProficient in CI/CD and DevOps. Experience with scripting languages.\nProficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.\nExperience with AI Agent development or deployment.\nKnowledge of related technologies such as K8S (GKE, AKS or OpenShift), Git, Kafka, and/or application monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) is advantageous.\nPlatform maintenance and support - You build it, you run it.\nProduct administration and technical third-level support, including patching and bug fixing, are integral parts of the job.\nGood familiarity with cloud services, particularly Google Cloud, along with Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure, and networking concepts.\nExperience with hosting or developing software development tools and monitoring them is a plus.\nCollaboration\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to express opinions openly and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nWillingness and flexibility to adjust working hours to better align with EU-based users is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail are essential for this role.\n\nReady to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for: \n\nWe require a proven track record in software engineering, DevOps, and maintenance.
