counting, verification, and reconciliation against system records.\n Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments and follow up with couriers to meet approved collection timelines.\n Receive and process payments, including cash, cheques, and pay orders, from relevant internal stakeholders and ensure accurate documentation.\n Reconcile daily collections, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment-related issues promptly in coordination with the concerned teams.\n Ensure the timely handover of daily cash collections for bank deposits and forward cheques, pay orders, and payment details to Finance.\n Maintain accurate payment records, prepare daily collection reports, and ensure timely submission of required documentation to Finance.\n Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Administration, and IT to resolve payment discrepancies and address system-related issues.\n Ensure compliance with DHL policies, standard operating procedures, cash-handling protocols, and information security requirements.\n Maintain the security and integrity of cash collections and ensure adherence to established safety and security procedures.\n Identify opportunities to improve cash collection efficiency, reconciliation accuracy, and payment processing procedures.\n YOUR PROFILE\n Must possess at least a graduate degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in cash handling, payment processing, cashier operations, or financial administration.\n Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n Good understanding of cash management, payment documentation, and basic financial controls.\n Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.\n Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict daily deadlines.\n Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.\n Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and discretion when handling financial transactions and confidential information.\n Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced operational
