Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments and follow up with couriers to meet approved collection timelines. Receive and process payments, including cash, cheques, and pay orders, from relevant internal stakeholders and ensure accurate documentation. Reconcile daily collections, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment-related issues promptly in coordination with the concerned teams. Ensure the timely handover of daily cash collections
