Someone who gets it right first time, shows passion in their work and has the “Can Do” spirit that made DHL world leading in Logistics.\nThe Role:\nTo provide support within the Safety & Compliance team in the oversight of all aspects of regulation through Compliance auditing and conducting inspections, either as a team member, or as a sole entity.\nThe Compliance Engineer reports to the Compliance Manager.\nThe Requirements:\nGood knowledge of both UK CAA & EASA Part 145, Part M & Part CAMO Regulations, as well as being able to reference Company Manuals, Procedures and other requirements to demonstrate compliance.\nExperience of having worked within a role integral to the Management System, or a Safety or Compliance department of an Airline or MRO.\nRecent experience in conducting root cause analysis, within an Airline or MRO environment, however, training will be provided to the right person regardless.\nKnowledge and experience of computerised SMS software, report writing, and be computer literate in general.\nHold a valid globally accepted Passport, and be free to travel worldwide at short notice.\nDesirable, but not essential:\nHolder of, or have previously held, a CAA Part 66 B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence (Mechanic), or hold an aeronautical engineering degree, or have at least 3 years' experience of working within a CAMO or Part-145 MRO.\nKnowledge of Part-21 Regulation and experience working with STC / Modification embodiment programmes.\nKnowledge of Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licensing Requirements.\nAuditing experience or qualifications to an ISO:9001 standard, or previous Auditing training relevant to UK CAA / EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145.\nKnowledge of IOSA, relevant to Engineering and/or Maintenance.\nExperience using iQSMS/SM365 to conduct Technical Compliance Audits, Safety Reporting or Technical Safety Investigations.\nExperience using AMOS.\nThe Person:\nIs a hands-on individual, with a flair for working in a dynamic and responsible position.\nIs flexible and confident, with a positive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.\nHas excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is able to build and maintain positive working relationships.\nIs available and flexible to undertake varied amounts of duties both in and out of office, and is willing to act as a mentor to others when necessary.\nIs proactive in the self-management of time when on-site and out of the office, to fulfill expected timeframes and deadlines.\nTo be eligible for consideration, candidates must hold a valid right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this during the recruitment process.\n\nWhat you’ll get in return\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary and access to a wide range of DHL benefits designed to support your wellbeing, development, and future.
