This is a key role responsible for managing supplier and commercial contracts across our facilities and operational service providers. You will ensure contractual compliance, manage supplier performance, mitigate commercial risk, and support business objectives through effective contract governance. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will play a vital role in delivering value, maintaining strong business relationships, and driving operational excellence across our UK aviation network.\n____________________________________\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage the full contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation through to renewal or termination\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders\nEnsure contracts comply with company policies, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements\nMonitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and service level agreements\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks\nLead commercial negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for DHL\nProvide contract and commercial guidance to procurement and operational teams\nMaintain accurate contract documentation, reporting, and governance records\nDrive continuous improvement within contract management processes\nSupport business projects requiring commercial, contractual, and supplier-management expertise\n________________________________________\n⭐ What You’ll Bring\nEssential\nSignificant experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Property Operations, or Contract Management\nDemonstrable experience managing large outsourced service contracts and supplier relationships\nStrong understanding of both hard and soft FM service delivery\nExperience managing multiple sites within a complex operational environment\nProven track record of delivering cost savings and commercial improvements\nStrong knowledge of contractor management and compliance requirements\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and programmes\nExperience managing budgets and significant third-party spend\nExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills\nStrong commercial awareness and analytical capability\nFull UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between operational locations as required \nDesirable\nIWFM qualification or equivalent\nHNC, HND, or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline\nNEBOSH General Certificate\nPRINCE2, APM, or equivalent project management qualification\nCIPS or other relevant procurement/commercial qualification\n________________________________________\nClosing Date: 5th November 2026\n\nJoin a team that keeps the world moving and build your future with DHL Aviation UK.\n________________________________________\nOur Recruitment Process\nWe aim to make your recruitment journey smooth, transparent, and engaging.
