In this function you report to the Head of Customer Facing IT.\n\nDo you have what it takes?\nYou have a higher education degree (University, University of Applied Sciences/HF) in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field, or an equivalent professional qualification.\nYou have proven experience in IT project management, customer integration solutions and/or customer-facing IT environments.\nYou have experience with API and EDI integrations and proven record in consulting customers in this matter\nGood knowhow of our industry\nYou enjoy working on several time sensitive projects in parallel\nYou think in a focused, analytical and business sense, without losing sight of the needs of our customers and other parties.\nYou are a team player, self-driven, resilient, and flexible, and you can work independently.\nYour communication skills allow you to build sustainable relationships with customers and business partners.\nYou are fluent in English and German, Knowledge of French would be an advantage\n DHL Express is committed to equal opportunity and fostering a diverse work environment.
