Your role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are always there to support your colleagues. They can rely on you, and you are an important point of contact within the team. You maintain an overview of what is happening within the team, coordinate tasks and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and guiding colleagues without having formal managerial responsibility
- Coordinating tasks within the team
- Maintaining daily contact with the customer regarding shipments, order issues, warehouse transport and relationship management
- Handling various administrative tasks
What you bring
Thanks to your experience, you know what you are talking about and your colleagues know where to find you. You are confident, remain calm under pressure and bring that sense of calm to those around you. You know how to keep an overview and make sure everyone is focused on the right priorities and tasks.
- Several years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or in a similar role
- At least MBO-level working and thinking ability
- Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is a plus
- Available to work full-time and flexible regarding working hours
- You are flexible, driven, responsible, accurate, proactive and positive
