If you want a role where your ideas are valued, your work has a visible impact and you can develop while helping shape how we work in the future, we'd love to hear from you.\nA TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE\nUsing data to spot opportunities, explore the detail and turn insight into action, helping teams improve productivity and operational performance\nMonitoring performance across multiple sites, using strong attention to detail to identify trends, exceptions and anomalies that need attention\nWorking with colleagues and managers to understand challenges, identify root causes and find practical solutions\nProviding clear, timely and accurate performance insights that help teams make informed resource and operational decisions\nSupporting daily performance routines, bringing together the right information and helping teams focus on what matters most\nInvestigating performance and data issues, drilling into the granular detail to understand what's driving the result and working with others to resolve issues\nProviding insight to support key management routines including performance reviews, 1:1s, Gemba walks and process confirmation\nThis is a fast-paced Data Analyst role that offers much more than reporting.
