This is much more than a traditional Data Analyst role. You'll work with colleagues across multiple sites, getting into the detail, identifying root causes and turning insight into practical action that can directly influence productivity and performance. You don't need to know everything from day one. Whether your experience comes from operations, planning, performance, data or another transferable background, what matters most is that you're curious, comfortable asking questions, enjoy solving problems and are keen to learn.
