Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im KMU-Segment
  • Verkauf von Luft-, See- und Strassentransportlösungen mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum und Profitabilität
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Bedarfsanalysen und Angebotspräsentationen
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer qualifizierten Sales-Pipeline im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pricing, Operations- und Customer Service zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenlösungen
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise in der Speditions- oder Logistikbranche
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Freude an der Akquise und am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
