and completeness.\n Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner.\n Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across HR and other business functions.\n Your Profile\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or work experience in a related field.\n HR or Payroll certification is an advantage.\n Fluent Dutch and English\n More than 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related HR function.\n Good understanding of payroll processes, taxation, compliance requirements, and HR operations.\n Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, and SAP is preferred.\n Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n Ability to identify issues, solve problems independently, and escalate when necessary.\n Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\n Excellent communication skills and ability to explain payroll-related topics
