This is not an operational recruitment role; instead, it is focused on the design, optimisation, and standardisation of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.\nCombining process expertise, systems knowledge, data analysis, and digital capability, the role drives process excellence through continuous improvement, automation, governance, and user adoption initiatives. Working closely with HR teams, IT, product owners, and external vendors, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance ways of working, maximise technology investment, and deliver consistent, technology-enabled recruitment and onboarding experiences across the global business. Through a strong focus on process management rather than direct hiring activity, the role helps create sustainable, future-ready solutions that support organisational growth and operational efficiency.\nIf this sounds like a team, you'd like to join … keep reading.\nYour key accountabilities include:\nAnalyse recruitment and onboarding processes to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps. \nDesign, standardise, and optimise global recruiting and onboarding processes aligned to business and compliance requirements. \nTranslate business requirements into system and process enhancements in partnership with IT and external vendors. \nSupport process change implementation, including planning, testing (UAT), configuration, and rollout activities. \nMonitor process performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. \nIdentify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased use of digital capabilities. \nPartner with regional and country stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted successfully. \nDeliver process documentation, training, guidance, and support for process-related issue resolution. \n\nWhat are we looking for from you?\nExperience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.\nStrong understanding of process design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to assess business requirements, identify underlying process needs and translate them into practical process designs\nKnowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, Phenom, or Avature.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.\nExperience supporting projects, process change initiatives, UAT, implementation, or digital transformation activities.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.\n\nWhat you'll need to do next?\nIf you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application.\nWe will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
