The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrolment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.\nYour key accountabilities include:\nSupporting quality reviews of country and business-unit ICS localizations and documenting the results. \nPreparing and consolidating recurring ICS reports, including data validation and follow-up of identified inconsistencies. \nMaintaining, improving and documenting existing Power BI dashboards and supporting data files. \nSupporting the preparation and coordination of the monthly ICS Forum, including presentation materials and minuting for action tracking. \nAssisting with data collection from regional and functional stakeholders, ensuring completeness and plausibility checks. \nAnalysing recurring findings and trends to help derive practical recommendations, examples and best practices. \nMaintaining clear working documentation, trackers and process instructions in line with agreed standards. \nSupporting ICS quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across the function. \nCollaborating with regional, country and global stakeholders to support reporting, quality and audit activities. \nDelivering assigned analyses, reporting support and documentation accurately and on time under the guidance of the Global ICS, CREST Quality & Audit team. \nWhat are we looking for from you?\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a comparable field. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; initial Power BI knowledge is desirable. \nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality. \nClear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with international stakeholders. \nAbility to work collaboratively, organize assigned tasks and follow through on agreed actions. \nFluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. \nInterest in Internal Control Systems, finance processes, audit, risk management or data analytics. \nEager to gain practical experience in a global finance and Internal Controls environment. \nWhat you'll need to do next?\nIf you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up-to-date CV is attached with your application.\nWe will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
