We see the diversity of our employees as a genuine strength and foster a supportive environment where people are empowered with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to learn, grow, and succeed.\nWe are offering an exciting opportunity for anImplementation Analyst Intern within the Regional IT Transport Team Europe & MEA.\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\n\nProject Management:\nOversee the end-to-end management of transport IT and DCT (Digitally Connected Transport) projects.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.\nMaintain issue logs, monitor progress against the development pipeline, and ensure prompt resolution of any project-related issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, deliverables, and project updates, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.\nStakeholder Coordination & Support:\nAct as the primary point of contact between the Transport IT team and internal/external stakeholders for DCT projects.\nCoordinate and manage stakeholder meetings, ensuring agendas are set, action items are tracked, and follow-up tasks are completed.\nSupport project deployments through the organization of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.\nTraining & Deployment Facilitation:\nFacilitate hands-on user training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes related to DCT projects.\nProvide in-depth user support during testing phases and assist with country-wide deployments.\nOrganize and oversee testing phases, ensuring that any system issues are identified and resolved prior to deployment.\nData Management & Analysis:\nUtilize SQL queries and data retrieval techniques to extract relevant information from multiple systems to support project needs.\nApply data linking methods to test system integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms.\nConduct regular data analysis to support decision-making, system optimization, and troubleshooting.\nFinancial Reporting & Program Support:\nSupport transport programs through detailed financial reporting, including tracking budgets, project costs, and variance analysis.\nProvide analytical support to ensure programs are within financial targets and identify areas for cost improvement.\nNow, here’s what we need from you:\nEducational Background:\nCurrently enrolled in a university based in Germany and will be enrolled for the entire duration of your internship.\nA bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field is essential. Advanced degrees or certifications in these disciplines are a plus.\nProject Management Expertise:\nExcellent project management skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-phase IT or transport projects.\nProven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.\nCertifications:\nA recognized certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. This will demonstrate proficiency in structured project planning, risk management, and resource optimization techniques.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in basic programming languages such as Java and C++ to effectively communicate with technical teams and assist in troubleshooting project-related issues.\nStrong database management skills using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and testing during project lifecycles.\nProficiency in Data & Integration: SQL, Power BI, XML, APIs, EDI, Data Linking, System Integration & Data Validation\nTeamwork & Communication:\nA great team player with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments, fostering a cooperative work environment.\nProven multitasking abilities, ensuring that different aspects of the project progress smoothly even when faced with tight deadlines or competing priorities.\nLanguage Proficiency:\nFluency in English is required for communication with stakeholders and team members across different regions.
