The role is responsible for maintaining high service availability, operational resilience, business continuity, and compliance with\nDHL Group standards, policies, and governance requirements.\n\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\n\nLead end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring service availability and performance, and reliability of IT services.\n\nManage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes in line with best practices.\nDrive continual service improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the IT landscape.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, application support, information security, data protection, and business teams to resolve service issues and improve service quality.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT governance standards, policies, and service management frameworks.\nMonitor and report on service performance KPIs, and SLA, driving corrective actions where required.\nManage vendor and stakeholder management to ensure effective service support and delivery.\n\nLead, coach, and develop IT service teams, fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nDo you have what it takes?\n\nDegree in Information Services or an equivalent qualification.\n\n4-5 years of IS (Information Service) and business experience.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.\nMinimum 3 years of Information Systems Management experience.\n\nPlease toward your resume to -
