We really are a “Best Place to Work”.\nAs a Master Data Management Intern, you are an important part of DHL Supply Chain's Global MDM Hub Team and help support the management and development of our Master Data Management platform.\nThrough this opportunity, you will gain hands-on experience in product management, data governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, training and project delivery. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrolment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.\nYour key accountabilities include:\nSupport day-to-day product management activities for the MDM Hub. \nAssist with MDM awareness forums, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. \nCreate and maintain training materials, process documentation and SharePoint content. \nPrepare presentations, reports and dashboards for management and project updates. \nSupport project planning, action tracking and agile delivery activities using Jira. \nConduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process and product improvements. \nCollaborate with business users, data owners and technology teams on MDM initiatives. \nTake ownership of an agreed project or improvement initiative during the internship. \nWhat are we looking for from you?\nCurrently studying for a Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management or a related field. \nStrong communication, presentation and organisational skills. \nInterest in product management, data, governance or digital transformation. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nSelf-motivated, proactive and eager to learn. \nGood knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. \nExperience with Power BI, Jira or SharePoint is an advantage but not essential. \nWhat you'll need to do next?\nIf you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application.\nWe will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
