You will be working alongside the highly skilled and respected Logistics team based at East Midlands Airport, on a 40-hour week across a Monday-Friday day shift pattern.\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Network Material Coordinator Administrator, you will required to support the team of Network Material Coordinators as required.\nUpdate and maintain systems and databases (including TRAX and GET)\nEnsure records are accurate, and adhere to document retention procedures\nAssist with obtaining quotes, and the purchasing of aircraft parts\nMaintain and manage stock levels in an acceptable manner, in support of the global DHL Air (UK) operations\nEnsure customs requirements are adhered to, and are compliant\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience within an aviation support environment role would be desirable\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office applications\nGood administrative skills, with a clear understanding of following processes and procedures\nBasic administrative or clerical experience - ideally 6-12 months\nMinimum of five GCSEs (9-4/A-C or above), including maths and English, or equivalent qualifications\nThe Person:\n\nHas excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail\nIs self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively\nHas excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments\nHas strong written and verbal communication skills\nHas the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet demanding deadlines\nTo be eligible for consideration, candidates must hold a valid right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this during the recruitment process.\nWhat you’ll get in return\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary and access to a wide range of DHL benefits designed to support your wellbeing, development, and future.
