You will be responsible for driving operational performance, implementing global standards and ensuring that our processes, systems and ways of working support both customer expectations and business objectives.\nWorking closely with colleagues across the Danish organization, regional and global teams, you will translate strategies and improvement opportunities into practical solutions that create measurable results.\nThis is a role for someone who understands the realities of freight forwarding operations, enjoys developing people and processes, and has the ability to turn change into lasting improvements.\nYou will report to the Ocean Freight Head Denmark and work closely with the regional Ocean Freight Operations organization..\nYour key responsibilities in the role will be to:\ndrive the implementation and adoption of global ocean freight processes, standards and solutions across the Danish organization.\ndevelop and execute operational improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nmonitor operational performance and use relevant KPIs, customer feedback and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities.\nlead change management activities and support colleagues in adopting new processes, systems and ways of working.\ncollaborate closely with Global Shared Services, regional teams and local IT to identify opportunities for standardization, centralization and automation.\ncoach and develop employees and support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.\nwork closely with internal stakeholders, carriers and service providers to improve operational performance and service delivery.\nWe are looking for someone, who:\ncombines a strong operational understanding with the ability to see opportunities for improvement and development.\nenjoys leading change and understands that successful implementation requires both clear direction and involvement of the people affected.\nworks in a structured and analytical manner, using data and operational insights to support decisions.\ntakes ownership of challenges and follows improvement initiatives through to completion.\ncan balance operational efficiency, quality, compliance and customer expectations.\ncommunicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at different organizational levels.\ncan influence and create alignment across teams and functions, even without direct managerial authority.\nenjoys developing colleagues, sharing knowledge and building a culture of continuous improvement.\nis comfortable working in an international organization where local priorities and global standards must work together.\nWe expect you to:\nhave more than 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within freight forwarding and ocean freight operations.\nhave a solid understanding of operational processes, performance management and customer requirements within international logistics.\nhave experience with process improvement, project management or operational transformation.\nhave experience leading people, teams or cross-functional improvement initiatives.\nbe familiar with operational systems and digital solutions used within freight forwarding. The position is graded and sit within a predefined payband.
