DHL is dedicated to being a great place to work.\nDHL Express is looking for a Road Network Data Analyst in Diegem.\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\nSupport the execution of data analytics projects in collaboration with the supervisor/project lead.\nInvolvement in the analysis of the business processes as well as the derivation of problem areas and analytical requirements.\nIdentification and collection of required data as well as data cleansing.\nDevelop and implement prototypes for the business users.\nSupport the anchoring of data-driven decisions in operating business through the building up of specialist methodical knowledge and knowledge transfer from successfully completed projects.\nDerive analytical requirements, select and execute appropriate mathematical methods, and interpret the results with guidance from supervisor.\nManage contact with internal and external customers on data analytics topics at the work and specialist level with limited guidance from project lead.\nRelationship management with internal and external expert networks in the data analytics field.\nDo you have what it takes?\nUniversity degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related natural sciences / technical degree, or comparable qualification.\nLess than 2 years of Experience\nDeep knowledge of machine learning, statistics and/or mathematical optimization.\nBeing familiar with analyzing complex datasets and building mathematical models (theoretical or practical).\nHaving programming skills or experience in scripting languages (Python, R or Java).\nAbility to produce creative analytical solutions based on clear and thorough analyses of complex processes and business relationships.\nComfortable explaining complex analytical and technical content to various audiences. \nStrong team-player, energetic and success-oriented problem solver.\nIndependent work ethic, integrity and loyalty, positive “can-do”- attitude.\"\nFluent in English, written & spoken.
