Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und Anmeldung
  • Koordination der Touren und Betreuung der Fahrer im Tagesgeschäft
  • Prüfung von Aufträgen und Klärung von Abweichungen (z. B. Fehlmengen)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Wareneingangs-, Warenausgangs- und Exportpapieren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Lager und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen im System

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition oder Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit SAP oder Warehouse-Management-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem (Früh-, Spät-, Tag- und Nachtschicht)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
