Graduates will gain broad experience across IT Operations, Technology Solutions, Project Delivery, Data & Analytics and Operational Technologies. Our programme is designed to develop well-rounded IT professionals, with many progressing into leadership or specialist roles after completing the scheme.\nWhile you'll specialise in Technology, you'll spend time understanding our operations firsthand, working closely with colleagues across warehouse, transport and customer environments to help deliver solutions that support the day-to-day running of the operation.\nWhat will I be doing?\nAs part of the programme, you will gain:\nAPM Project Management Qualification\nITIL Foundation certification\nBoth are fully funded and supported by DHL as part of your structured development. You'll also receive ongoing mentoring, coaching, and exposure to senior IT leaders throughout your placements.\nYear 1: Foundations\nRotational placements across IT Operations, Solutions and Project teams.\nGain exposure to warehouse and transport management systems and how they support DHL Supply Chain operations.\nSupport the implementation, testing and rollout of technology solutions.\nLearn how technology projects are planned, delivered and supported within a live operational environment.\nBuild stakeholder management skills by working with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.\nGain experience in IT service management, training and documentation activities.\nYear 2: Development & Stretch\nTake an active role in technology projects, business implementations and go-lives.\nSupport digitalisation, automation and innovation initiatives across our operations.\nGain exposure to project management, solution design and technology change management.\nWork with data and business intelligence teams to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead smaller technology improvement projects and contribute to customer-focused solutions.\nDevelop specialist product knowledge and build expertise in supporting operational technology systems.\nWhat skills do I need?\nWe're not expecting you to have everything figured out from day one.
