DH Pace Company, Inc.  aspires to hire a Sales Support Representative at our Denver office. The Sales Support Representative will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the sales department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative office support, including but not limited to, answering telephone calls, utilizing various software systems, filing, scanning, and e-fax.
• Assist management and other team members in day-to-day activities and paperwork, including customer planned maintenance programs.
• Receive or verify vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
• Attend department meetings, print and update sales reports, and process project documents. Ability to work overtime may be required.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

$19—$27.50 USD
