That’s how we’re building the future of manufacturing.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW \n\nWe’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to build modern web applications and internal platforms that power our advanced robotics and automation systems. You’ll develop production-ready UIs for industrial environments, working directly with robotics, backend, and controls engineers to create user-facing workflows for manufacturing automation solutions.\n\nThis role is ideal for engineers who want to build software connected to real-world systems— where your code directly impacts robotic operations and manufacturing processes.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES \n\nBuild modern web applications and internal platforms using React and TypeScript\n\nDevelop responsive and production-ready UIs for industrial and automation systems\n\nCollaborate with backend, robotics, and controls engineers to design user-facing workflows\n\nCreate reusable frontend components and scalable UI architectures\n\nWork with APIs, real-time data, and asynchronous system communication\n\nImprove frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience\n\nContribute to technical decisions, tooling, and frontend best practices\n\nREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS \n\nRequired: \n\nStrong experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems\n\nExcellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript\n\nSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development\n\nExperience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui\n\nExperience with TanStack libraries such as TanStack Query, TanStack Table, or similar tools\n\nFamiliarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar\n\nExperience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling\n\nFamiliarity with frontend tooling, linting, and development workflows\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving engineering environment\n\nNice to Have: \n\nExperience with Vite and modern build tooling such as Webpack or Babel\n\nBasic understanding of Docker and containerized development environments\n\nInterest in industrial automation, robotics, or hardware-integrated software\n\nExperience building data-heavy dashboards or operational interfaces\n\nWHAT WE OFFER \n\nAt DHR Engineering, we move fast, solve real-world engineering problems, and build systems that operate in demanding production environments.
